Who Are We
The Arab Union for Trade Facilitation and Risk Management was established in the year 2021 under the umbrella of the Arab Economic Unity Council in order to develop, develop and coordinate the areas of work of its members, strengthen ties between them and contribute to achieving economic integration among all Arab countries through exercising its tasks, specializations and expertise in promoting and developing trade outlets. It aims to improve the unity of legal legislation applied in the Arab countries with regard to the intra-Arab trade movement

AU-TFRM brings together governments, private sector entities, and specialized institutions from across the Arab world to promote secure and efficient trade. We aim to bridge gaps, foster collaboration, and create a robust framework that supports both legitimate trade and the fight against illicit
practices.
Our organization operates independently, with a legal personality and full administrative and financial autonomy. We are dedicated to empowering our members by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and strategic partnerships needed to succeed in a rapidly changing global trade environment.
At AU-TFRM, we believe that by uniting our efforts, we can strengthen the Arab region's economic landscape, protect our markets from risks, and pave the way for sustainable development and prosperity for all.
Our Mission
The Union also contributes to the development of national laws and legislation in the Arab countries / countries in line with international standards in securing and facilitating intra-trade and international charters, agreements and treaties in the field of commercial activity emanating from the (WTO) and (WCO). ) and ways to protect it - because of its benefit to the members of the Union in all Arab countries, consumers, producers, and the economic and legal community in general in the Arab world

The Union works to develop national laws and legislation in Arab countries in accordance with international standards in securing and facilitating intra-regional trade, in addition to international agreements and treaties related to commercial activity. This ensures the benefit and protection of union members.

Make Plans
Developing an action plan to encourage companies and institutions that are members of the Union to deal as one group in relations with official bodies (Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Communications, Information Technology and its Systems, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Customs Administration) to enhance overcoming customs and non-customs restrictions and controlling illegal practices in trade.

Preparing Studies and Research
Preparing studies and research and providing guidance related to risk management for businesses and ways to facilitate it through cooperation with official bodies in Arab countries and integrating expertise from the private and public sectors and specialized foreign bodies in a way that ensures facilitating legitimate trade and removing and disrupting the risks of illicit trade.
